Install & activate
- After payment, your eSIM QR code is emailed within 1-2 business days.
- Connect to Wi-Fi, open Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM, and scan the code.
- On arrival, select the eSIM and enable Data Roaming.
- If it does not connect, set the APN manually or contact us.
Before you buy
- This is an eSIM, not a physical card. Check that your phone supports eSIM (dial *#06# for an EID).
- Some HK/Macau iPhone models do not support eSIM.
- The QR code can be installed only once and cannot be transferred.
- After the data allowance is used, speed is throttled — no extra charges.
- Data is provided by local operators; actual speed depends on local coverage.

Chunghwa Telecom Taiwan 5G/4G Internet Card**This product is the E-SIM version, the non-physical SIM card version** adopts Chunghwa Telecom 5G/4G LTE Taiwan local network (*1), covering the whole Taiwan with unlimited unlimited Internet access or high-speed 3GB+384kbps daily limited speed appointment.
There are 4 types of 3, 5, 7 and 10 days, with X per day 24 hours is counted as one day and no settings are required. You can use it after installation and enable roaming. You can also share data. Last activation date: no less than 60 days from the date of purchase. APN: ctm-mobile.
How to receive E-SIM: Our store will provide a dedicated QR code to the customer by email from the day of order confirmation to the office hours of the next working day for the purpose of installing E-SIM (EMAIL from nect.com/, it may be sent to the spam box due to your email settings, please check carefully)*1: The network is automatically selected by the system based on actual reception conditions, and there is no guarantee that a 5G network will be provided.
Please confirm whether your device supports the E-SIM function before placing an order. You can usually check whether E-SIM can be added in the SIM management tool.
The Hong Kong and Macau versions of iPhone are only supported by the following models: iPhone 17/18 series, iPhone Duo, iPhone Air, iPhone 16e, iPhone XS, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone SE.
(Hong Kong and Macau version iPhones other than the above models do not support E-sim) How to enable: Scan the QR CODE in the ESIM settings of the phone and after the installation is completed, select the E-SIM in the settings for network connection and enable the data function.
The E-SIM will automatically activate immediately after arriving at the destination and connecting to the network. The communication speed is for reference only.
