Install & activate
- After payment, your eSIM QR code is emailed within 1-2 business days.
- Connect to Wi-Fi, open Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM, and scan the code.
- On arrival, select the eSIM and enable Data Roaming.
- If it does not connect, set the APN manually or contact us.
Before you buy
- This is an eSIM, not a physical card. Check that your phone supports eSIM (dial *#06# for an EID).
- Some HK/Macau iPhone models do not support eSIM.
- The QR code can be installed only once and cannot be transferred.
- After the data allowance is used, speed is throttled — no extra charges.
- Data is provided by local operators; actual speed depends on local coverage.

Shared 4G/5G unlimited internet card for 12 regions in Asia-Pacific** This product is the E-SIM version, and the non-physical SIM card version** can be used in 12 regions in Asia-Pacific, including Australia and New Zealand, for 10 consecutive days/30 days/365 days, and supports TIK TOK and ChatGPT12 regions include: Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Macau, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Australia and In New Zealand, after using up the designated data (5GB/10GB/20GB/30GB/50GB), the speed limit is available.
The speed limit is 384kbps and no setting is required. You can use the ESIM to connect locally and turn on data roaming to use the shareable data. The data service is provided by THREE HK. The default IP is Hong Kong. If you use TIK TOK or chatGPT, the IP will automatically jump to Singapore.
If the APN is not automatically set, please manually change it to: mobile.three.com.hk Last date of opening the card: 60 days from the date of issue. The SIM card does not provide data usage query function. Please refer to the built-in data usage statistics of the mobile phone.
The network provider used in each region: Japan. The default is: Rakuten Mobile. If the connection cannot be connected, it will automatically jump to: Docomo or KDDI. Korea. The default is: LG. U+, if it fails to connect, it will automatically jump to: SKT Vietnam. The default is: Vinaphone.
If it fails to connect, it will automatically jump to: Viettel Mobile or Vietnammobile. Macau. The default is: 3 Macau, if it cannot connect, it will automatically jump to: CTM China. The default is: China Telecom. If it cannot connect, it will automatically jump to: China Unicom or China Mobile.
Taiwan. The default is: Chunghwa Telecom. If it cannot connect, it will automatically jump to: Taiwan Mobile. Malaysia. The default is: Celcom. If it cannot connect, it will automatically jump to: Maxis or U. The default setting for Mobile or Digi Indonesia is: Indosat.
If unable to connect, it will automatically jump to: Telkomsel or XLL. The default setting for Thailand is: TrueMove. H, if it fails to connect, it will automatically jump to: DTAC or AIS. The default setting for Singapore is: SIMBA. If it fails to connect, it will automatically jump to: Starhub.
The default setting for Australia is: Telstra. If it fails to connect, it will automatically jump to: Vodafone or Optus. The default setting for New Zealand is: Spark. If it fails to connect, it will automatically jump to: One. NZ

Please confirm whether your device supports E-SIM function before placing an order. You can usually check whether E-SIM can be added in the SIM management tool, or dial *#06#. If an EID number appears, it means E-SIM is supported.

How to activate: Scan QRCODE and follow the phone instructions to install and activate. After the scan and installation is completed, select the E-SIM in the settings for network connection and enable the data function. E-SIM will automatically activate immediately. Notes: 1.

Device restrictions: Each eSIM can only be installed on one device and cannot be transferred. 6. Multiple profiles: Although you can add multiple eSIM profiles, only one can be activated at a time. It is recommended that you rename the configuration file differently.
