Install & activate
- After payment, your eSIM QR code is emailed within 1-2 business days.
- Connect to Wi-Fi, open Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM, and scan the code.
- On arrival, select the eSIM and enable Data Roaming.
- If it does not connect, set the APN manually or contact us.
Before you buy
- This is an eSIM, not a physical card. Check that your phone supports eSIM (dial *#06# for an EID).
- Some HK/Macau iPhone models do not support eSIM.
- The QR code can be installed only once and cannot be transferred.
- After the data allowance is used, speed is throttled — no extra charges.
- Data is provided by local operators; actual speed depends on local coverage.

Starting from July 10, 2026, it will be automatically upgraded to 20GB unclassified data usage in China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
Networks used: China - China Unicom, Hong Kong - THREE HK, Macau - THREE MACAU, Taiwan - Far EasTone's "5 major social networks" include: Whatsapp, Wechat, Facebook, Line, and Instragram come with 2,000 minutes of local calls in Hong Kong.
Last activation date: May 31, 2027 ( Valid for 395 days from the activation date) If you want to use or obtain a Hong Kong phone number in Hong Kong and Taiwan, you must complete real-name registration (has been suspended).
You can apply for a Chinese phone number sub-number (real-name registration is required). The monthly fee is HK$19. There are additional charges for calls and text messages. You don’t need to go through the firewall if you use it in mainland China.
Use each website and APP to get an extra "HK$20" recharge after opening it, which can be used for roaming call minutes, opening a one-month Chinese phone number sub-number (service is temporarily suspended), etc. It can be recharged and recycled after purchasing a data plan.
Each recharge of $100 will get 1,00 recharge coupons. 0-minute local call (maximum 12,000 minutes) can be used for data sharing. Some older mobile phones may need to set up APN (APN: mobile.three.com.hk).

**How to receive E-SIM: Our store will provide E-SIM activation QR CODE during office hours from the day the order is confirmed to the next working day. Please log in to the order and leave a message to check before placing an order. Please confirm whether your device supports the E-SIM function.
You can usually check whether you can join E-SIM in the SIM management tool, or dial *#06#. If an EID number appears, it means E-SIM is supported.
The Hong Kong and Macau versions of iPhone are only supported by the following models: iPhone 17/18 series, iPhone Duo, iPhone Air, iPhone 16e, iPhone XS, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone SE.
(Hong Kong and Macau version iPhones other than the above models do not support E-sim) How to activate: Scan the QRCODE and follow the instructions on your phone to install and activate.
After the scan and installation are completed, select the E-SIM in the settings for network connection and enable the data function. The E-SIM will be automatically activated immediately. Real-name registration must be completed before use in Hong Kong or Taiwan.
